Mobile food preparation vehicles (MFPV) operating on State property shall adhere to the requirements of the Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code.
The vendor will be onsite 1 hour prior to the event start time to allow the Fire Safety Office sufficient time to complete an inspection.
Vehicles that are not in compliance with the VSFPC will not be allowed to operate on William & Mary property.
Requests for MFPV inspections shall be submitted to the Fire Safety Office at least 7 business days prior to the event.
